Teaching Staff

We hire Rule 3 qualified teaching staff in all of our classrooms and follow or exceed licensing guidelines in our staffing assignments. We believe that good teaching comes from education and experience and try to balance both of these in our classroom staffing. We seek to recruit and retain a diverse staff that reflects the diversity of our classrooms. We encourage professional development through ongoing continuing education and training throughout the year.
